Drew Bernstein, co-founder and co-chairman of Marcum Asia, said in an exclusive interview with the 21st Century Business Herald that the US IPO market continued to grow in 2024, outpacing last year in both number of transactions and value. The speculative stage of the AI boom, he said, may have peaked as investors increasingly look at how this technology can add specific value to business and consumer applications. They are now asking more about how to turn it into a sustainable business model, he added.
