Marcum Bernstein Pinchuk’s Drew Bernstein to Speak on Bankruptcy and China at Chinese Business Lawyers Association Conference

Marcum Bernstein & Pinchuk LLP (MarcumBP), a national U.S. accounting firm with a specialization in the China market, is pleased to announce that its co-managing partner, Drew Bernstein, will be a featured panelist at the Hot Topics Conference of the Chinese Business Lawyers Association Conference on March 24. The conference will be held at the St. John’s University School of Law.

Mr. Bernstein will participate on the first panel of the day, Chinese Bankruptcy Law and Its Impacts. The panel will explore the challenges and opportunities for U.S. and other Western businesses dealing with bankruptcies and insolvencies in China.

A second panel will discuss U.S. Bankruptcy Issues for Chinese Businesses, including the challenges and opportunities facing Chinese companies interested in purchasing assets out of bankruptcy in the West.
