There are 600 unicorn companies worldwide, more than half of them coming from China. Investors are chasing Chinese unicorns and bringing them to the U.S. market. As regulations become more clear, Chinese companies will have an opportunity to demonstrate compliance just like all public companies need to do. Chinese companies that deliver value have choices on where to list, and we expect a robust pipeline of Chinese companies targeting the U.S. market this year.
