About Mark
Mr. Chen has more than 13 years of experience in audit, prior to joining MarcumAsia, he was a partner at KPMG Huazhen LLP and a Chinese Certified Public accountant. He has been responsible for numerous domestic and overseas IPO projects, annual audit of listed companies and audit of large state-owned and private enterprises.
Mr. Chen is familiar with domestic and foreign financial accounting standards, and has led the audit work of various enterprise across manufacturing, energy, consumer goods, high-tech and media industries.
Mr. Chen has extensive experience serving private enterprises and is highly knowledgeable about the financial challenges and solutions encountered by private enterprises when they go public. With a sharp mind and clear structure, Mr. Chen can quickly grasp the key issues and formulate targeted solutions. With rigorous and pragmatic work style, he is well recognized by clients and teams. The main clients he has served include a large aluminum group listed on Hong Kong stock market, an A+H listed environmental protection group, one of the largest building materials group in China, an A-share listed game company, a Hong Kong stock listed Internet marketing group and a Hong Kong stock listed clothing company, etc.
