Threats, Lies and Chinese Stocks

Drew Bernstein, co-managing partner of Marcum Bernstein & Pinchuk, is quoted in a January 28th Barron’s article, entitled “Threats, Lies and Chinese Stocks.”  The article, by Bill Alpert, discusses the aftermath of the issues that have surrounded Chinese reverse-merger stocks, including fraud and short-seller activity, and the scandals’ negative impact on the stock valuation of hundreds of Chinese companies.
