Marcum Bernstein & Pinchuk Executive Team Completes March Road Trip

Tour included China and Hong Kong visits, investment conference panel participation and JRJ.com press interview

New York City – Marcum Bernstein & Pinchuk LLP (MarcumBP), an international group of professionals providing audit and assurance, tax and transaction advisory services, today announced that members of its executive team completed a successful trip to Asia in March to visit clients, attend key industry conferences in Shanghai and meet with MarcumBP staff in the firm’s Beijing, Guangzhou and Shanghai offices. Followed by the Asia tour, MarcumBP returned to the U.S. to sponsor and participate in an important industry growth stock conference.

In attendance during the week-long Asia trip were Drew Bernstein, co-managing partner of MarcumBP; Jeffrey M. Weiner, Managing Partner of Marcum LLP and David Bukzin who leads the firm’s SEC practice.

• Drew Bernstein participated in a discussion panel, entitled, “Addressing the Increased Scrutiny Faced by U.S. Listed Chinese Companies”at Rodman & Renshaw’s 2011 Annual China Investment Conference which was held from March 6th to 8th, 2011 at the Le Royal Meridien Hotel in Shanghai, China. In addition to Bernstein, the March 8th panel featured Senator Christopher J. Dodd and Mitchell S. Nussbaum, Partner and Chair, Securities Practice Group at Loeb & Loeb LLP.  
• Drew Bernstein and David Bukzin were interviewed on March 9th by Chinese media outlet JRJ.com at the 2011 China IPO Boot Camp, hosted by CCG Investor Relations in Shanghai. The discussion included an introduction to Marcum Bernstein & Pinchuk’s business in China and covered topics regarding Chinese companies going public in the U.S. and the outlook for that marketplace.
