MarcumAsia is seeing strong interest from Chinese companies that want to list overseas with an increase in audits and advisory services for improving internal controls, Drew Bernstein told Jiemian. 

The two main factors driving these firms abroad are the increased selectivity for domestic IPOs and government regulators focusing on approving strategic industries that are consistent with China’s core development for domestic listings.
